Ingredients

  • 30 mL (2 tbsp) Compliments Balance orange raspberry mango pure fruit juices
  • 6 Basil sprigs
  • 1 Avocado, pitted, peeled and chopped
  • 1.5 L Compliments Baby Spinach
  • ½ Red onion, small, sliced
  • 60 mL cup black olives, pitted and slivered
  • 3 Blood oranges
  • 1 pinch each salt and cracked black pepper
  • 60 mL (4 tbsp) Compliments extra virgin olive oil
  • 15 mL (1 tbsp) Compliments balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  • In small bowl whisk Orange raspberry mango pure fruit juices, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • In second bowl toss segmented blood oranges, olives, red onion, avocado and spinach, with 4 tbsp (60 mL) of the dressing.
  • Divide onto 6 plates and drizzle over remaining dressing and garnish with basil sprigs
