2 Cup,All Purpose Flour
1/4 Cup,Corn Starch
1 tsp,Vanilla

Instructions

In a bowl,add the softened butter and with a Hand Mixer,whisk till soft and fluffy. Add the powdered sugar and beat further till nicely mixed.
Add the vanilla and the sifted flour and cornstarch,mix further on low speed till mixed well. With hands,knead the dough till smooth.
Cover with a Food Wrap and refrigerate for 30 mins.
Preheat the oven at 325 F / 160 C. Roll the dough into a rectangle 1/2 Inch thick, and with a Cookie Cutter,cut the cookies into desired shape.
Bake the cookies for 15 Mins or adjust as per individual oven temperatures,till the top is slightly golden brown.
Cool them completely before taking them off from the Baking Tray. Store in a airtight container and serve as per wish.
