Ingredients

  • 250 g frozen cranberries, (about 1 3/4 cups)
  • 3/4 cup red wine
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade

Instructions

  • Combine cranberries with wine in a medium saucepan set over medium- high. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low.
  • Simmer, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens to a jam-like consistency, 10 to 12 min.
  • Remove from heat and mash cranberries with a whisk or potato masher.
  • Stir in marmalade. Scrape into a serving bowl and cool completely.
