Ingredients

  • 6 cupscooked rice
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL)vegetable oil
  • 2 clovesfresh garlic, minced
  • 2 cupssliced carrots
  • 2 cupsbroccoli florets
  • 2 cupssnow peas
  • 1/2 cupchopped green onions
  • 2 cans (213g)Clover Leaf Low Sodium Sockeye Salmon, drained and flaked (remove skin & bones as desired)
  • 1/4 cuplow sodium teriyaki sauce (to taste)

Instructions

  • Prepare rice according to package directions. Set aside.
  • In sauce pan, sauté garlic, carrots, broccoli, snow peas, and green onion in oil for 8-10 minutes until tender and crisp.
  • Add salmon and teriyaki sauce and heat through. 
  • Serve immediately with rice.

Tips:

  • Low Sodium Pink Salmon can be substituted for Low Sodium Sockeye Salmon.
  • Serve with extra teriyaki sauce on the side if desired.
  • Any vegetables you have on hand can be added to this easy stir-fry - for example, peppers, ginger, cauliflower, or bok choy would all be tasty additions.
