Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 lb. (675 g) extra-lean ground beef
  • 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Lower Sodium Stuffing Mix for Chicken
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1-1/3 cups water, divided
  • 1/3 cup Kraft Garlic BBQ Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Makes 6 servings, 1 patty (95 g) each.

Instructions

  • 1. Mix first 4 ingredients and 1 cup water until well blended; shape into 6 (3/4 inch-thick) patties.
  • 2. Heat large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat until hot. Add patties; cook 8 min. on each side or until done (160ºF). Meanwhile, mix barbecue sauce, remaining water, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
  • 3. Drain fat from skillet. Pour barbecue sauce mixture over patties. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on low heat 3 min. or until heated through.
