Ingredients

  • 1 bag ( 500g) Arctic Gardens Floret Duo
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) butter
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) finely sliced prosciutto
  • Salt and pepper
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) chopped parsley

Instructions

  • Cook cauliflower to desired tenderness.
  • Heat butter and olive oil. Brown garlic and prosciutto until garlic turns golden.
  • Add cauliflower, salt, pepper and parsley. Reheat while stirring.
  • Serve.
