  • 2 SERVINGS EGG SUBSTITUTE
  • 1 SCOOP VEGA VANILLA PROTEIN POWDER
  • 1 1/3 CUP FLOUR
  • 4 TSP BAKING POWDER
  • 1/2 CUP COCONUT OIL

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine Silk, egg substitute, protein powder, flour, baking powder and coconot oil.
  • Whisk just until there are no lumps in the batter, then bake in a waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions.
  • Serve with maple syrup drizzled on top.
