Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 2 cups chopped fresh spinach
  • 1 1/2 cups crumbled feta cheese (6 oz)
  • 1/2 cup chopped roasted red bell peppers and/or sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
  • 1 package (9.6 oz) fully cooked sausage crumbles
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese for garnish, if desired

Instructions

  • Spray 4- to 5-quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
  • In slow cooker, beat eggs, milk and Bisquick mix with whisk until well mixed.
  • Add spinach, 1 1/2 cups feta cheese, the bell peppers, basil, garlic and sausage; stir well.
  • Cover; cook on High heat setting 3 to 4 hours or on Low heat setting 5 to 6 hours.
  • Quiche is done when center is set and edges are deep golden brown.
  • Cut into pieces to serve.
  • Garnish each serving with a sprinkle of feta cheese.
