Preheat oven to 425F (220C). Wrap McCain® Sweet Potato Plank Cut Fries with prosciutto strips. Transfer to parchment paper–lined baking sheet.
Bake for about 13 minutes or until McCain® Sweet Potato Plank Cut Fries are tender and prosciutto starts to crisp. Combine maple syrup and balsamic vinegar; brush over top and bake for about 5 minutes or until glaze starts to caramelize.
