Ingredients

  • 1 pkt MAGGI Fusian Laksa Premium Noodles
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 150g Green Prawns, Peeled, Deveined
  • 4 (100g) Spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 bunch Baby Bok Choy, Chopped
  • 1 (200g) Red Capsicum, thinly sliced

Instructions

  • In a large saucepan, cook MAGGI FUSIAN Laksa Noodles as per packet instructions reserving flavour sachets; keep noodles warm and reserve.
  • Heat oil in a saucepan or wok over high heat; add prawns to pan, cook for 3 minutes or until cooked through. Add spring onions, bok choy and capsicum; cook for 2 minutes or until vegetables are tender; add MAGGI Fusion Laksa flavour sachet to pan; cook for a further minute; stir through reserved noodles.
  • Meanwhile combine ¼ cup (60mL) of boiling water and MAGGI FUSIAN Laksa Coconut flavour sachet. Add coconut mixture to pan, stir through vegetables and noodles. Serve immediately. If desired top with lime, chilli and coriander.
