Ingredients

  • 300 g traditional cooked ham, cut into 1 cm cubes
  • 1 cup (250 ml) mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. (30 ml) Dijon mustard
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 1 bunch chives, chopped fine
  • 4 hot dog buns for toasting
  • Butter

Instructions

  • Place ham cubes, mayonnaise, mustard, red pepper and chives in a bowl and mix well.
  • Butter outsides of hot dog buns and toast in a pan.
  • Open up the buns and stuff with the ham mixture.
  • Serve immediately.
