Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 2 tsp. finely minced fresh gingerroot
  • 1 lb. (450 g) boneless pork chops, cut into strips
  • 1/2 lb. (225 g) vermicelli rice noodles, uncooked
  • 6 oz. (170 g) snow peas, blanched, cut in half
  • 2 carrots, shredded
  • 1 cucumber, cut lengthwise in half, then sliced crosswise

Makes 4 servings, 1/4 recipe (430 g) each.

Instructions

  • Mix first 5 ingredients until blended; pour 1/4 cup over meat in shallow dish.
  • Stir.
  • Refrigerate 15 min. to marinate.
  • Meanwhile, pour enough boiling water over noodles to completely cover; stir.
  • Let stand 2 to 3 min. or until softened; drain.
  • Rinse noodles with cold water; toss with vegetables in large bowl.
  • Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade.
  • Cook meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 to 6 min. or until done, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve over noodle mixture topped with remaining dressing mixture.
