Ingredients

  • 1/2 package chow mein noodles (200 g)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb boneless pork loin chops, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp minced ginger (or ½ teaspoon ground ginger)
  • 2 cartons CAMPBELL'S® Ready to Use Pork Ramen Broth
  • 1 cup small broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 red pepper , sliced
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce

Instructions

  • Cook the noodles according to package directions; set aside.
  • Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
  • Brown the pork, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes.
  • Transfer to plate.
  • Reduce the heat to medium.
  • Add the onions and celery; cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or softened.
  • Add the garlic and ginger; cook, stirring, for 1 minute. 
  • Add the broth; bring to boil.
  • Add the broccoli, bean sprouts and red pepper.
  • Return pork to pot.
  • Cook 2 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  • Add the noodles, honey and oyster sauce, stirring well.
