Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. (250 g each) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted, cooled
  • 1 ready-to-use chocolate pie crust (9 inch)
  • 1/2 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
  • 4 fresh strawberries, cut in half

Instructions

  • 1. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Add eggs; beat just until blended.
  • 2. Remove 1 cup batter; mix with melted chocolate. Pour into crust; top with remaining (plain) batter.
  • 3. Bake 40 min. or until centre is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours. Top with Cool Whip and strawberries just before serving.
