Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1-1/2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 3/4 cup Kraft Pure Strawberry Jam

Instructions

  • Beat eggs in large mixing bowl.
  • Gradually add flour; blend well.
  • Slowly add milk and water; whisk until combined.
  • Add melted butter; mix well with whisk until smooth.
  • Heat medium skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat.
  • Add 3 Tbsp. batter; tilt skillet to evenly coat bottom with batter.
  • Cook 1 min. or until bottom of crepe is golden brown.
  • Loosen edge with spatula; invert crepe onto paper towel.
  • Repeat with remaining batter to make 16 crepes.
  • Place crepes, browned-sides down, on work surface; spread a thin layer of peanut butter and jam over top of each crepe; roll up.
