Ingredients

  • 1 Cup original silk protein, unsweet almondmilk, unsweet cashewmilk, or oat yeah oatmilk
  • 1/2 Cup oats
  • 1 TBSP almond butter
  • 1-2 TBSP maple syrup
  • 1/4 TSP cinnamon
  • 1 TSP vanilla
  • 1 frozen banana*
  • Pinch of salt
  • Topping suggestions : Granole, blueberries, raisins or canberries, coconut flakes, sliced bananas, toasted nuts  

*Remember to peel and chop the banana before freezing
