Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Crosby’s Fancy Molasses
  • 2 Tbsp. honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 Tbsp. ground flax seed
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. hemp seeds
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Shredded coconut, almond flour or cocoa powder for rolling (optional)

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor, pulsing until they come together.
  • Scrape into a bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Using a tablespoon measure, scoop the mixture and shape it into balls.
  • Roll in your preferred coating or leave plain.
  • Place them on the prepared baking sheet and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
