Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut water, refrigerated
  • 2 handfuls baby spinach leaves (3 cups)
  • 3 celery stalks, chopped (1 cup)
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, cored, seeded and chopped
  • 1 medium banana (frozen)
  • 1/2 lemon, peeled and seeded
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves
  • 1 avocado, pitted and peeled
  • 1-inch piece gingerroot, peeled and chopped

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in blender.
  • Cover; blend on medium-high speed until very smooth. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until serving time.
