Ingredients

  • 4 Oz Fettuccine
  • 1.5 Tbsp Butter,salted
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil
  • 4 Garlic cloves,chopped
  • 1/2 Small Red Onion,Chopped
  • 4 Oz Mushrooms(I used White Button Mushrooms)
  • 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese + extra
  • As per need Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper,ground
  • 1 Tbsp Parsley Dried
  • 1 tsp,Thyme Dried

Instructions

  • Cook pasta till done.Drain and keep aside. Toss with some olive oil.
  • In a pan,add butter and olive oil. When its hot add garlic,onion and mushrooms and let them cook till mushrooms dehydrate. Toss once in a while. Keep these on one side of the pan and add pasta on the other side of the pan. Add spices and grated Parmesan. Toss everything further till mixed well. You add little more butter if you desire. Serve hot with grated Parmesan.
