Moscow mule cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- 50 ml vodka
- 150 ml ginger beer
- 5 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
- 0.5 lime, cut into wedges
- 3 sprigs mint

Instructions
- For each person, mix together the vodka, ginger beer and lime juice in a glass. Pour over ice with lime wedges and mint. Beware – this is a very moreish cocktail!
