Ingredients

  • 50 ml vodka
  • 150 ml ginger beer
  • 5 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 0.5 lime, cut into wedges
  • 3 sprigs mint

Instructions

  • For each person, mix together the vodka, ginger beer and lime juice in a glass. Pour over ice with lime wedges and mint. Beware – this is a very moreish cocktail!
