Ingredients

  • 3 slices of day-old Sara Lee® Artesano™ Bread
  • 1 tbsp butter (melted)
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¼ cup & 2 tbsp white sugar
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Break bread slices into small pieces and place in 8-inch square baking pan.
  • Drizzle melted butter over bread and sprinkle raisins.
  • In medium bowl, beat eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla.
  • Pour over bread and lightly push down with fork to soak up egg mixture.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until top springs back when lightly tapped.
