Ingredients

  • 1 lb. (450 g) lean ground beef
  • 1 lb. (450 g) lean ground pork
  • 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
  • 2 egg s, beaten
  • 1-1/2 cups Classico di Napoli Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce , divided
  • 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese
  • 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves , cut into thin slices

Instructions

  • 1. Mix meat, stuffing mix, eggs and 1 cup pasta sauce just until blended.
  • 2. Shape into loaf in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with remaining pasta sauce.
  • 3. Bake 1 hour or until done (160ºF), topping with cheese for the last 10 min. Top with basil before serving.
