  • 2 tbsp hummus
  • 1/4 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/4 cup sliced radish
  • 4 slices of red onion
  • 4 slices tomato
  • 1 lettuce leaf cut to pieces

Instructions

  • Spread hummus on the bottom slice of bread before stacking cucumber, carrot, radish, red onion, tomato and lettuce leaf on the bottom slice of bread.
