Ingredients

  • 2 slices Sara Lee® Honey Wheat Bread
  • 1 medium to large portobello mushroom
  • 4 oz roasted red peppers
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Heat pan on medium to high and add olive oil.
  • Add portobello mushroom and red peppers, sautéing until slightly browned.
  • Remove from heat and place on bread.
  • Top with Swiss cheese and cover with remaining slice of bread.
  • Brush outsides of sandwich with olive oil and return to pan to grill until golden brown.
