Ingredients

  • 2 cups (500 mL) blackberries
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) honey
  • 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) coconut kefir or yogourt
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) toasted coconut

Instructions

  • Toss blackberries with honey. Let stand 5 min. Meanwhile, puree kefir or yogourt with bananas and chia seeds in blender until smooth. 
  • Layer blackberries, kefir/yogourt mixture and toasted coconut in four 1 cup (250 mL) glasses or jars. Cover with plastic or seal with a lid. Keep chilled. Serve within 12 hr.
