Ingredients

  • 100 g Arctic Gardens small green peas
  • 1/2 fresh lemon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 10 g cilantro
  • 25 mL olive oil
  • 1/2 diced tomato
  • 1 pinch of pepper

Instructions

  • Blanch the peas and put in iced water to cool down.
  • Put all ingredients in a food processor and crush for 1 minute.
  • Chill.
  • Serve with tortillas.
