Green pea guacamole Recipe
Ingredients
- 100 g Arctic Gardens small green peas
- 1/2 fresh lemon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 10 g cilantro
- 25 mL olive oil
- 1/2 diced tomato
- 1 pinch of pepper

Instructions
- Blanch the peas and put in iced water to cool down.
- Put all ingredients in a food processor and crush for 1 minute.
- Chill.
- Serve with tortillas.
