Ingredients

  • 1 can (150 g)Clover Leaf Sockeye Salmon, Skinless and Boneless, drained
  • ¼ cup (50 mL)light mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL)lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp (1 mL)Worcestershire sauce
  • dash hot sauce
  • fresh dill or parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • In a food processor or blender, process salmon until fine.  Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce. Process for 30 seconds or until smooth.
  • Serve right away or refrigerate, covered, until serving time (up to a day ahead).
  • Serve as a spread on crackers, or with crudité, or spoon into Belgian endive spears or mushroom caps.  Sprinkle with dill.
  • Makes about 1 cup (250 mL).
