Ingredients

  • 6 oz. (3/4 of 225-g pkg.) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, divided
  • 1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (9 inch)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 8 whole strawberries, hulled

Instructions

  • 1. Melt 3 oz. chocolate as directed on package.
  • 2. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended. Gradually add melted chocolate, mixing well after each addition. Add egg; beat just until blended. Pour into crust.
  • 3. Bake 35 min. or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool completely. Refrigerate 3 hours or until chilled.
  • 4. Break remaining chocolate into small pieces; place in medium microwaveable bowl. Add butter. Microwave on HIGH 1 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and sauce is well blended.
  • 5. Arrange strawberries on top of pie; drizzle with chocolate sauce. Refrigerate until chocolate is firm.
