Preheat oven to 425F (220C). Trim off top of garlic to expose cloves. Place on small square of foil and drizzle with oil; seal package.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until garlic is tender. Squeeze out roasted garlic into small bowl; mash with a fork. Let cool to room temperature. Stir in sour cream, chives, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Meanwhile prepare McCain® Onion Rings according to package directions.

Stir together mayonnaise, hot sauce, lemon juice, garlic and cumin.
