Ingredients

  • 1 box (397 g) McCain® Onion Rings

Roasted Garlic & Chive Dip:

  • 1 head garlic
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil
  • ½ cup (125 mL) sour cream
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) chives
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp (1 mL) each salt and pepper

Sriracha Dip:

  • ½ cup (125 mL) mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) sriracha hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ tsp (1 mL) cumin powder

Instructions

Roasted Garlic & Chive Dip:

  • Preheat oven to 425F (220C). Trim off top of garlic to expose cloves. Place on small square of foil and drizzle with oil; seal package.
  • Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until garlic is tender. Squeeze out roasted garlic into small bowl; mash with a fork. Let cool to room temperature. Stir in sour cream, chives, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • Meanwhile prepare McCain® Onion Rings according to package directions.

Sriracha Dip:

  • Stir together mayonnaise, hot sauce, lemon juice, garlic and cumin.
  • Serve McCain® Onion Rings with dips
  • Just add friends™
