Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1-1/2 lb. (675 g) carrots, cut diagonally into 1/2-inch-thick slices
  • 2/3 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese
  • 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken

Instructions

  • 1. Cook vegetables in boiling water in medium saucepan 3 min. or until crisp-tender; drain. Place in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • 2. Whisk Miracle Whip and flour in same saucepan until blended. Gradually stir in milk; cook on medium heat 3 to 5 min. or until sauce comes to boil and is thickened, stirring frequently. Pour over vegetables; top with cheese.
  • 3. Prepare stuffing as directed on package; spoon over cheese.
  • 4. Bake 35 min. or until heated through.
