Ingredients

  • 1 can (142 g) CLOVER LEAF® Flaked Sockeye Salmon, Skin and Bones Removed, drained
  • 1 cup (250 mL) plain low fat yogurt
  • ½ cup (125 mL) light mayonnaise
  • 2 c. tbsp (30 mL) chili sauce
  • 2 c. tbsp (30 mL) chopped chives or green onion
  • 2 c. tbsp (30 mL) chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  • In medium bowl, combine salmon, yogurt, mayonnaise, chili sauce, chives and parsley; mix until fairly smooth.
  • Chill until serving. Serve with crudities.
  • Makes about 2 1/4 (550 mL) cups.

Tips :

  • Prepare up to a day ahead; covered and refrigerated.
  • Prepare vegetables ahead and store in plastic bags.
