Ingredients

  • 6 slices Sara Lee® Artesano™ Bakery Bread
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon basil, chopped
  • 1 cup chili
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  • Slice bread into cubes and place on baking sheet.
  • Bake about 2 minutes and remove.
  • Once cool, place into a large bowl.
  • In a smaller bowl, combine olive oil, Sriracha, salt, pepper, garlic, oregano and basil.
  • Mix until combined.
  • Drizzle mixture over bread and toss to evenly coat all bread cubes.
  • Place back on the baking sheet and bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
  • Remove, add to a bowl of chili, and enjoy!
