Ingredients

  • 50 g farfalle pasta
  • 1 tbs oil
  • 8 chicken tenderloins cut diagonally 1cm slices
  • 1 zucchini thinly sliced
  • 10 green beans sliced
  • 500 g Leggo's bolognese with bacon pasta sauce jar
  • 8 cherry tomatoes halved

Instructions

  • Cook pasta following packet directions. Drain and set aside.
  • Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frypan, add chicken and cook for 3 minutes on each side or until browned. Add zucchini and beans and cook for a further 2-3 minutes, stirring regularly.
  • Stir in Leggo’s Pasta Sauce and cherry tomatoes. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Toss pasta through sauce until heated through. Spoon into serving bowls and serve immediately.
