Ingredients

  • 540 mL 19 oz. pumpkin pie filling
  • 2 Tenderflake pie shells
  • 5 mL 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spices
  • 250 mL 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2.5 mL 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 5 mL 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can evaporated milk

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 190 °C (375 °F). 
  • Combine the pumpkin pie filling with the eggs, pumpkin pie spices, brown sugar, salt and ground ginger.
  • Gently add the evaporated milk and mix.
  • Pour the mixture into the pie shell.
  • Bake for 55 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and let sit for 5–10 minutes
