Ingredients: 4 cups prepared lemonade, chilled; 1 lemon, sliced; 2 tablespoons sugar (optional); 1/2 cup limoncello, lemon vodka or lemon liqueur

4 cups prepared lemonade, chilled
1 lemon, sliced
2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
1/2 cup limoncello, lemon vodka or lemon liqueur

Instructions

Pour the lemonade into 2 ice cube trays.
Store in the freezer overnight, or until frozen (at least 8 hours).
One hour before serving, rim 2 wide-mouthed pint-sized Mason jars with lemon and sugar.
To prepare, blend frozen lemonade cubes in a hi-speed blender with limoncello.
Add sugar if extra sweetness is desired.
If mixture needs to be thinned, add a small amount of chilled lemonade until preferred consistency is reached.
Garnish with sliced lemon.
Enjoy immediately.
