Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup Robin Hood® Original All Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet, milk and white chocolate)
  • 18 mini cupcake liners

serving size: 18 bite-sized brownies

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF (180ºC).
  • Line mini muffin pans with paper liners.
  • Melt butter and chocolate in the top of a double boiler.
  • Beat, in a medium bowl, eggs and sugar until creamy.
  • Fold in melted butter and chocolate.
  • Add flour, cocoa and salt.
  • Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Spoon batter into prepared muffins cups.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or just until the tops are firm to the touch.
