Ingredients

  • 300 g (1/3 of 900-g pkg.) linguine , uncooked
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 lb. (500 g) beef sirloin steak , thinly sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced carrot s (about 2 medium)
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot or 1/2 tsp. ground ginger

Makes 4 servings, 1-1/2 cups (375 mL) each.

Instructions

  • 1. Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package. Meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add steak, broccoli and carrots; cook and stir 4 min. or until steak is evenly browned.
  • 2. Add broth, hoisin sauce, dressing and gingerroot; stir. Cover. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 3 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  • 3. Drain pasta; return to pan. Add steak mixture; toss lightly.
