Ingredients

  • 2 pkts MAGGI 2 Minute Noodles Chicken Wholegrain
  • 5 cups (1.25 L) boiling water
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ¼ tsp ginger puree
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • ¼ cooked chicken, skin and bones removed, shredded
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup coriander leaves

Instructions

  • Break MAGGI 2 Minute Noodle cakes into quarters; combine noodles, contents of flavour sachets, water, soy, ginger and brown sugar in saucepan.
  • Bring to boil, simmer 2 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
