Vegan Hot Dogs with Tomato Salsa & Grilled Peaches from Trois fois par jour Recipe
- 4 Gusta vegan sausages, pesto flavour
- 3 peaches, cut in half
- 3 tomatoes, diced
- A drizzle of olive oil
- 15 mL (1 tbsp.) chopped fresh mint
- 15 mL (1 tbsp.) lime juice
- 4 hot dog buns

- Preheat barbecue to medium-high.
- Grill sausages on the barbecue until golden.
- Add peaches and grill until cooked.
- Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, olive oil, mint and lime juice in a bowl.
- Set aside.
- Once sausages and peaches are grilled, set aside on a plate.
- Grill buns for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Fill each bun with a sausage, a few chunks of grilled peach and the tomato mixture.
