Ingredients

  • 4 cups buckwheat spiral pasta cooked
  • 3 spring onions sliced
  • 1/4 red onion finely sliced
  • 2 radishes cut in half sliced
  • 1/2 cup red capsicum cubed
  • 10 sun-dried tomatoes in oil
  • 50 g Bio feta cheese
  • 7 garlic & chilli marinated green olives quartered
  • 1 tbs fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tbs fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/4 tsp pink salt

Instructions

  • Cook pasta al dente and then let it cool completely.
  • Prepare all remaining ingredients.
