Ingredients

  • 2 pkts MAGGI Wholegrain 2 Minute Noodles Chicken Flavour
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 (130g) bacon rashers, chopped
  • 1 medium (120g) onion, finely diced
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 medium (120g) carrot, cut into match sticks
  • 2 cups (240g) frozen peas
  • 1 tbsp MAGGI Original Seasoning
  • 2 Shallots, finely sliced

Instructions

  • Cook MAGGI Wholegrain 2 Minute Noodles Chicken Flavour acccording to packet directions; drain.
  • Meanwhile, heat oil in wok or large frying pan over medium heat; add eggs; swirl over base to form an omelette; cook 2 minutes, turn, cook a further 2 minutes or until set. Transfer to a chopping board, cool slightly. Roll up tightly and slice thinly.
  • Add bacon to wok or frying pan; cook 2 minutes. Add onion and garlic and cook for a further 2 minutes or until onion has softened. Add carrot, peas, MAGGI Original Seasoning and noodles, stirring, 2-3 minutes. Stir through egg and shallots and serve.
