  • 3 tsp white vinegar
  • 3 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 cup caster sugar
  • 3 tsp cornflour
  • 4 tbs boiling water

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl, adding boiling water last.
  • Beat on full speed until very stiff.
  • Spread on pavlova plate or baking sheet cook for 15 minutes on 160C, then approximately 1 hour on 150C.
  • Cool in the oven with the door a jar.
  • Top with whipped cream and fruit of choice.
