6 Egg Pavlova Recipe
Ingredients
- 6 egg whites large
- 3 tsp white vinegar
- 3 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 cup caster sugar
- 3 tsp cornflour
- 4 tbs boiling water

Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl, adding boiling water last.
- Beat on full speed until very stiff.
- Spread on pavlova plate or baking sheet cook for 15 minutes on 160C, then approximately 1 hour on 150C.
- Cool in the oven with the door a jar.
- Top with whipped cream and fruit of choice.
