Ingredients

  • 750 mL (3 cups) milk
  • 250 mL (1 cup) 35% M.F. whipping cream
  • 60 mL (¼ cup) maple syrup
  • 15 mL (1 tbsp.) cocoa powder
  • 168 g (6 squares) unsweetened baking chocolate, chopped

Instructions

  • Heat the milk, cream, maple syrup, and cocoa powder in a saucepan and bring to a low boil.
  • Pour hot milk mixture over the chocolate and whisk to blend.
