Ingredients

  • 2 lobsters, about 700 g each, cooked
  • 60 mL (1/4 cup) chopped celery
  • 30 mL (2 tbsp.) fresh chopped chives
  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) mayonnaise
  • 30 mL (2 tbsp.) lemon juice
  • To taste, salt and pepper
  • 4 hot dog buns of your choice
  • To taste, lettuce

Instructions

  • Coarsely chop the lobster meat.
  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and season to taste.
  • Set aside.
  • Toast the hot dog buns on the grill for 2 minutes on each side or until toasted.
  • Place lettuce in the buns and fill them generously with the lobster mixture.
