Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup (60mL) Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp MAGGI Original Seasoning
  • 4 (940g) pork cutlets
  • 4 tsp vegetable oil
  • 4 cups mixed Asian greens (bok choy, choy sum), washed
  • 2 tbsp MAGGI Oyster Sauce

Instructions

  • In a large bowl combine sweet chilli sauce, ginger, garlic and MAGGI Original Seasoning. Add pork cutlets and marinade for 10 minutes.
  • Heat a large frying pan with 2 tsp oil; cook pork for 5 minutes either side on a medium heat or until cooked through
  • Meanwhile in a clean frying pan; heat remaining oil; add Asian greens and MAGGI Oyster Sauce. Stir fry for 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serve with pork.
