Ingredients

  • 1 bag of One Pot Quinoa Southwestern Arctic Gardens
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 4 large peppers
  • Grated cheese

Instructions

  • Pour contents of bag into skillet with 2 cups of vegetable broth
  • Cover and cook 20 minutes over medium-high heat.
  • Stir regularly.
  • In the meantime, remove the 4 large peppers and place the cut sides on the baking dish.
  • Cook at 450*F for 10 to 12 mn
  • Once the two preparations are ready, fill the peppers with quinoa, cover with cheese and bake in the oven for a few minutes.
