Spinach & Cheese Baked Crepes

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
  • 3 cloves garlic , minced
  • 8 cups loosely packed baby spinach leaves
  • 8 crêpe s (8 inch)
  • 1 cup Touch of Philadelphia Shredded Creamy Mozza Cheese , divided

4 servings, 2 filled crêpes (165 g) each

Instructions

  • Melt butter in small saucepan on medium heat.
  • Whisk in flour; cook and stir 1 min.
  • Gradually stir in milk; cook 6 min. or until sauce is thickened, stirring constantly.
  • Add Parmesan; cook and stir 1 min.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Heat dressing in large skillet.
  • Add garlic and spinach; cook and stir 3 min. or just until spinach is wilted.
  • Spoon into colander; press spinach with back of spoon to remove excess liquid.
  • Spoon 2 Tbsp. spinach mixture down centre of each crêpe; top with 2 Tbsp. each cheese sauce and shredded cheese.
  • Roll up. Place, seam sides down, in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining sauce and shredded cheese.
  • Bake 20 min. or until heated through.
