Ingredients

  • 300 g linguine pasta
  • 12 asparagus ends trimmed
  • 3/4 cup light cream
  • 4 tbs fresh chives chopped
  • 200 g smoked salmon cut into strips

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to directions.
  • Place asparagus in a dish with a small amount of water, cover and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Cut asparagus into pieces.
  • Place cream and chives in frying pan and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring.
  • Add salmon and asparagus, and warm.
  • Fold sauce through pasta and serve with a salad.
