Ingredients

  • 1 500-ml container cherry tomatoes, sliced in two
  • 1 150-g packet plain goat cheese
  • 300 g (10 oz) cooked and shelled (31/40) shrimps
  • 2 340-ml jars artichoke and palm heart bruschetta topping
  • 1 package (4 bases) thin crust pizza bases, regular

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • Spread half a jar of bruschetta over each of the four pizza bases.
  • Add shrimp, cherry tomatoes and goat cheese.
  • Bake 10 minutes or until golden.
  • Remove from oven.
  • Season with fresh chopped basil and ground black pepper to taste.
