Shaved Asparagus-Goat Cheese Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. yellow cornmeal
  • 3/4 lb. (340 g) refrigerated pizza dough (at room temperature)
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil, divided
  • 3/4 lb. (340 g) fresh asparagus spears
  • 1/2 cup Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese Product
  • 1/4 lb. (115 g) soft goat cheese
  • 2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded 3 Cheese Pizza Cheese
  • 60 g sliced deli smoked ham, cut into thin strips
  • 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar glaze

Instructions

  • 1. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray; sprinkle with cornmeal. Pat pizza dough into 12-inch round on prepared baking sheet; prick evenly with fork. Brush with 1 Tbsp. oil.
  • 2. Bake 11 to 13 min. or until lightly browned. Meanwhile, hold large end of each asparagus spear, then place on cutting board near edge of counter and peel into thin strips with vegetable peeler. Trim and discard ends of shaved spears, then chop any remaining large asparagus pieces. Place shaved and chopped asparagus pieces in medium bowl. Add remaining oil; mix lightly.
  • 3. Mix cream cheese product and goat cheese until blended. Spread 1/2 cup cream cheese mixture onto pizza crust; top with shredded cheese and asparagus. Drop spoonfuls of remaining cream cheese mixture evenly over pizza; top with ham.
  • 4. Bake 6 to 8 min. or until edge of crust is crisp and golden brown. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar glaze.
